Changelog
Last updated: 2026-10-15
What's new on CS2Sell, newest first.
Buy orders with conditions
New
- A buy order can ask for more than the wear: a float range, paint seeds, a fade or blue gem range, Fire & Ice tiers, stickers (with, without or by name) and a name tag (with or without). It starts from the listing filters you have set.
Improved
- An item's Buy orders tab and your Buy orders page show what each order asks for.
Watch listings
New
- Watch a listing with the eye on its card or the Watch button on its page. You'll be notified when it gets cheaper, sells or comes off sale, and an hour before a watched auction ends.
- The Buy page has a Watching view with every listing you watch. The star still follows a whole skin under Favorites.
Rewards: levels, keys and cases
New
- Rewards: purchases, instant sales and trades earn XP once they're final, and every new level brings a key to your tier's case.
- Seven tiers, from Consumer to Gold, each with its own case. The Rewards page shows every case in a grid: click one to see what it holds and its odds, or open it when you have a key.
- A daily reward: your trading fills a pool, and once a day you can open one of three cases with your share or take most of it straight to your balance.
- A welcome case for people who join with an invite, unlocked by their first qualifying purchase, instant sale or trade.
- Provably fair: the Provably fair page explains how every roll is made and recomputes it in your browser, and every opening has a receipt anyone can check.
Improved
- Opening a case looks like it does in CS2: the dialog lists what the case can drop, spins into the winner and shows the prize the way the game does. The fairness details and the receipt open only when you ask.
- The account menu shows your level, your keys (each in its case's colour) and today's daily reward instead of recent transactions. Click a key to open its case right there, on any page.
- Case prizes are paid to your purchase balance. The Terms, AML, Privacy and Responsible trading pages now cover reward cases, and your data export includes your rewards activity.
Item pages: inspect in game and a Charm filter
New
- Inspect in game: every listing on an item page has a button that opens that exact copy in CS2's inspect view, with its float, pattern, stickers and charm.
- A Charm filter on item pages: show listings with or without a charm, search for specific charms and set the charm's pattern range. The sale history follows the same filter.
Fixed
- The sticker and charm search boxes span their whole panel.
- The breadcrumb sits in the same place on weapon, collection and skin pages.
Support page, name search and shared links
New
- A Support page: how to reach us, what to include in a request, where to find quick answers, and what our staff will never ask you for. It's linked from the footer, the help center, the account menu and the policies.
- Search by name at the top of the Buy page's filters. On phones it's in the filter drawer.
Improved
- A shared link to a sold listing now says what it sold for and when, on the page and in link previews.
- New on the blog: a guide to Steam refunds for CS2 purchases, covering Prime, keys, Armory Passes and Market items.
Referral program
New
- Referrals: share your invite link or code and earn a share of our revenue on everything the people you invite buy, trade and sell instantly.
- People who join with an invite get rakeback on their own transactions for a set period.
- Turn any CS2Sell page, item or search into an invite link, and pick your own code.
- Earnings unlock once the trade is final. Claim them to your balance, with a statement for every claim.
- Got a code from a friend? Enter it when you sign up or shortly after.
Wallet: purchase balance, crypto details and CSV export
New
- Purchase balance: crypto deposits and claimed referral rewards now go to their own part of your balance. You can spend it on anything here and purchases use it first, but it can't be withdrawn.
- Export your wallet history as a CSV file: the latest 1,000 transactions of the current view.
Improved
- Wallet history shows the coin, network, amount and transaction hash (linked to a block explorer) of every crypto deposit and withdrawal, plus each withdrawal's own status.
- The header, the account menu, the trade desk and the deposit and withdraw panels show which part of your balance is which.
Fixed
- Deposits on the Tron network, in TRX and TRC-20 tokens, are credited automatically once confirmed.
Trades, filters and cards
New
- An On hold tab in the Trades panel for accepted offers still in Steam's trade protection, with a count, and a note once the protection is over.
Improved
- Long filter lists on Buy and the trade desk show the six busiest options plus anything you've picked, with “Show N more” for the rest. A search shows every match.
- Cleaner item cards: the instant delivery mark sits in the image's top corner, and the pattern detail (Doppler phase, blue gem %, fade %) at its bottom left, next to the float.
- Latest sales on the home page use the same cards as the rest of the site, and Steam buttons use the official Steam logo.
Fixed
- Side panels no longer shift sideways when a list starts to scroll, and switching tabs in the Trades panel scrolls back to the top.
P2P trading, offers and profiles
New
- P2P trades: the buyer's payment waits in escrow while the seller sends the item on Steam, and the seller is paid once Steam's trade protection is over. Every trade can be followed on its own page.
- The browser extension sends your P2P trade offers from your own Steam session and confirms trades with Steam. Your Steam login never leaves your browser.
- An Offers page for the offers on your listings and the ones you've made. An accepted offer becomes an order at the agreed price.
- A Buy orders page, and buy orders on item pages: a standing order buys automatically once a listing at or below your price appears.
- The Trades panel in the header follows every Steam trade offer, with each delivery step from preparing the offer to completion.
- Public profiles with a handle of your choice, and Top sellers: P2P sellers ranked by delivered sales.
Improved
- Auctions tell you when you've been outbid and return your bid to your wallet, and can offer a Buy now price.
Sell instantly and the trade desk
New
- Sell instantly: get a Steam trade offer for your items. Accept it and the payout goes to your trade balance, which becomes store balance once Steam's trade protection ends.
- The trade desk: give skins from your inventory at the price a bot pays and take skins from the bots. Your wallet covers the difference.
- Trade balance can be spent here straight away and withdrawn once it becomes store balance.
- Save your Steam trade URL once, and bots and sellers send your trade offers to it.
Improved
- Selling from your inventory shows when it last synced, and listings are cancelled automatically when an item leaves your Steam inventory.
- Withdrawals show their status at every step.
Browsing: price index, collections and the help center
New
- Price index: the lowest and median price of every item across the marketplaces we track, next to the cheapest listing here.
- Collection pages, plus catalogue pages for every item type and weapon, such as all knives or every AK-47 skin.
- Item pages get tabs for listings, buy orders, price history and sale history, plus a description and prices on other markets.
- Cases, stickers and other items whose copies are all alike sell by quantity from an order book, the way Steam sells them: buy several at once or place a buy order.
- Favourites: star any skin to keep an eye on its listings.
- Choose your currency. Prices are set in USD and converted at the latest daily rate.
- A help center with answers to common questions and a float guide, and a Responsible trading page.
Improved
- The Buy page: filters for float, pattern, stickers, Doppler phase, colour and more, more ways to sort, a grouped view, and pages or endless scrolling.
- The home page shows the market right now: popular items, the newest listings and the latest sales.
- The blog gets categories, search, tags, related articles and a table of contents, plus write-ups of CS2 game updates.
- For developers: a Developers page for your API keys and webhooks, and API docs with guides to buying for your customers and trading with the bots, a Go quickstart and an MCP server.
- Security and reliability improvements across the site.

New
- Item pages: every skin has its own page, with a tab for each wear and the listings in it.
Improved
- A refreshed look for item cards, stickers and charms, the side panels and the home page.
