Buying

What's the difference between bot and P2P listings?

Bot listings sit in our trade bots and are sent to you right after you pay. P2P listings stay in the seller's Steam inventory: the seller sends the trade offer, and your payment waits in escrow until the trade is verified.

How fast do I get my item?

Bot items arrive as a Steam trade offer within a few minutes. For P2P items the seller has up to 48 hours to send the offer; if they don't, the order is cancelled and you're refunded.

Can I offer less than the asking price?

Yes, on fixed-price listings. The amount is held from your balance while the offer is open. Offers last 48 hours, and the hold is released if the seller declines or the offer expires.

How do buy orders work?

A buy order buys automatically when someone lists the item at or below your maximum price. Buy orders don't hold funds, so keep enough balance to cover them.

Selling

What does selling cost?

Listing is free. We take a 5% fee from each sale, deducted from your payout.

When do I get paid for a P2P sale?

Steam holds traded items for 7 days. Once the hold ends and the trade is verified, your payout moves from pending to available balance.

Why do I need the browser extension?

For P2P sales the extension sends the Steam trade offer from your own browser and reports its status, so the escrow can be released. It never sees your Steam password.

Can I sell instantly?

Yes: trade items to our bots on the Trade page for 90% of the suggested price. Credit you don't spend in the same trade is trade balance: spend it right away, or withdraw it after Steam's 7-day trade lock.

Float and wear

What is float?

Every skin has a float value between 0 and 1 that sets how worn it looks; lower is cleaner. A skin's float never changes, no matter how much it's used.

How does float map to wear?

Factory New 0.00–0.07, Minimal Wear 0.07–0.15, Field-Tested 0.15–0.38, Well-Worn 0.38–0.45, Battle-Scarred 0.45–1.00. Some skins only exist in part of that range.

Why do two skins with the same wear cost different amounts?

Within a wear, a lower float usually looks better and sells for more, especially at the clean end of a range. Pattern, stickers and StatTrak™ change the price too.

Where do I see an item's float?

On the item page and in the listing details, read from the item itself. The float bar shows where it sits within its wear.

Wallet

How do I add funds?

Deposit crypto from the wallet: BTC, LTC, ETH, BNB Chain, Avalanche and Tron, plus USDT and USDC on supported networks. Deposits are credited once the network has confirmed them.

How do withdrawals work?

Withdrawals are paid in USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20). Each one needs your two-factor code, the amount leaves your balance when you request it, and large withdrawals are checked by our team before they're sent.

What are trade balance and store balance?

Money from a sale or a bot trade starts as trade balance while Steam's trade protection (or the P2P escrow) runs. You can spend it here straight away, and purchases use it first, but you can't withdraw it yet. When the protection ends it becomes store balance, which you can also withdraw. If Steam reverses the trade, the credit is taken back.

Safety

What happens if a trade is reversed?

If a seller reverses a trade during Steam's hold, the buyer is refunded and the seller isn't paid. Accounts that reverse trades are frozen.

Something went wrong with a P2P trade. What now?

Open a dispute from the trade page. The escrow stays frozen until our team has looked at both sides.

How do I keep my account safe?

Turn on two-factor authentication, only install the extension from our site, and check every trade offer on Steam before you confirm it.
