Deposits, referral rewards and case prizes

Deposited funds, claimed referral rewards, case prizes and daily pool claims can only be spent on purchases. They can't be withdrawn, so the wallet can't be used to exchange one cryptocurrency for another.

Keys and cases can't be bought or sent to anyone: they come only from one's own trading, and their prizes are paid to the opener's own balance. Prizes from transactions that are reversed, and from fake or duplicate accounts, are taken back.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in USDT only, from what you earned selling and trading on CS2Sell, once the trades' protection has ended. Every withdrawal needs a two-factor code, and large withdrawals wait until a member of our staff has approved them.

Suspicious activity

Accounts that reverse trades are frozen. We may hold a withdrawal, ask where funds came from, or close an account when activity looks suspicious, and report it to the authorities where the law requires us to.
